Replacement Rims and Tires I could not get traction in the snow with my 2014 Ford Fusion and with the help of the salesman Mitch Elder we realized that the car had been delivere I could not get traction in the snow with my 2014 Ford Fusion and with the help of the salesman Mitch Elder we realized that the car had been delivered with summer tires having a zero snow rating. The car also had black rims and the paint was peeling. Rick Stout got involved and went above and beyond to work with me to come up with an equitable arrangement to replace the tires and rims and to keep me as an Anderson customer. He met all my requirments and there awesome finance team was able to find a bank to finance Me. I had been looking for about a week dealing with pushy, untrustworthy dealers. Pleasant Experience Mitch Edler was a very comforting, calm salesman. He was by no means pushy nor did he make me feel like he was in a hurry to make the sale. I was torn between two vehicles when it came down to it, one of which was much higher priced than the other. There was no pressure from Mitch when it came to the final decision process. To top it all off, Mitch came in on his day off to finalize the sale and get me out of there with my new vehicle.
