Always helpful I bought my Sedona over a year ago but Mitch remembers me as well as my family when I see him occasionally as I bring the minivan in for oil changes. I bought my Sedona over a year ago but Mitch remembers me as well as my family when I see him occasionally as I bring the minivan in for oil changes. He always asks how everyone is and how the vehicle is working and how I'm liking my car. He reminds me to let him know if he can help with anything. I remember how he changed out my son's car seat three times in the week that I bought my car--switching it from my old car to the new, then from the new to a loaner car while my heated seats got put in, and then from the loaner car back to my new car. He's a trooper! I've recently referred my sister to him and she and her family are also pleased with Mitch's help and customer service and they love their new Sportage. I will continue to refer friends and family to this dealership, specifically to Mitch. More

Best Used Car Purchase Ever I had a great experience at Rock River Kia and with my salesperson. I had looked at their website and found a van that I was interested in.
