The selection was made even better by the fact that Ricky and Mitch were very interested in what we wanted to accomplish and helped provide the process to get there. Mitch was superb throughout by answering questions (some of ours and some he knew that we should have asked!). Before we left the dealership, he covered all the important things regarding our new Kia. Mitch stayed with us until we were ready to leave. Recommend Ricky and Mitch to anyone! More

The dealership contacted me, answered my questions, and invited me in for a test drive. I initially met with Cesar and then I did the test drive with Mitch. Mitch answered all my questions and he and Cesar found me a really great deal on a 2 year old Soul with very low mileage. I was looking at a new Soul, but they found me a used model that was too good to be true. I couldn't have been happier with my experience. More
