I had quite a time, my car kept going into an Arabic mode. EVERY THING WAS IN ARABIC. I had 7 of 8 guys look at it. They would get it to English but soon a I shut it off it went back to Arabic. It went through two new batteries and had to be towed both times from my garage to Hawk in Joliet. After that they decided to change the radio. Changing the radio took care of the problem. This took a couple of months. I was without a car because they had no loaner cars available. I ended up using by brothers car for 10 days. Mindy started looking for a new 2025 CT5 for me. It took her a while but she found one. I am very happy with it. More

I think I know most everyone. My monitor seemed to like Arabic better than English. 5-8 different people worked on it. They would get it back to English. I have owned about 5 mercedes in the past but nothing drives like a cadillac!! Driving the 2019 XTS back to Iowa was the most enjoyable drive ever, love the car.
