About 2 months ago I went to get a new car and asked for the salesman my husband had used a month before: he came right out, took a look at me and said "Oh I am busy someone else would come to help". That someone was so disinterested in showing me cars and answering questions it was rude. I stayed(for some reason) and picked a color not on the lot. He called me and told me I would have to take one that was on the lot. "NO No" I told him, "I would not take what was on lot" Fast forward...while getting another one of our Toyotas serviced, I told an extremely nice service tech, Tina, my story and she said "Rene Poche, would be the key to great experience". AND he was! Very wonderful experience 2nd time. Driving a great new car! More

What no stick shift? Went in to purchase a new Toyota Corolla. My sales person was Garett Drez. He gently broke the news to me that Toyota no longer makes a Corolla with a Went in to purchase a new Toyota Corolla. My sales person was Garett Drez. He gently broke the news to me that Toyota no longer makes a Corolla with a manuel stick shift! That hurt. Garett was great to deal with. He used no high pressure tactics. He was able to answer all of my questions. He allowed me all the time I needed to make my decision. I never felt rushed. He made me feel very comfortable with the sales process. I would recommend him to anyone. Everyone I had contact with was very friendly. Julie Conzonere, Milton Watson, and Seri Rawashdeh were all friendly and helpful. I will also mention those at the collision center I dealt with. Alicia Miranda, Sidney Sperandeo, and Al Xavier were all friendly and helpful. Finally thanks to David Winfield who has been my service advisor for many years. He had been one of the main reasons I have remained a loyal Lakeside Toyota customer. More
