Out of this world service I can honestly say I never would have thought I'd be raving about a car dealership or a car salesman but Mr. Poche of Toyota Lakeside changed all that I can honestly say I never would have thought I'd be raving about a car dealership or a car salesman but Mr. Poche of Toyota Lakeside changed all that. Not only was he kind, but he was so understanding of my difficult financial situation and really took the time to help me figure what kind of car would meet my family's needs and that I could actually afford (without making me feel embarrassed). I am usually so intimidated when I go to car dealerships because salesmen can be so aggressive. Mr. Poche was inviting, easy going, efficient, warm and just so positive. Within an hour and a half, I was able to drive back to work in my new car. Even though my new car doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles, it's the best car I've ever had. Every time I get in it, I feel so grateful to have found my way to his office. As long as I live in New Orleans, Mr. Poche is my car guy. Thank you, sir. P.S. Mr. Watson was pretty cool, too. My easiest car purchase ever! We went to purchase a certified pre owned Camry that we found online.This car has very low mileage and it almost looked like a brand new car. René as We went to purchase a certified pre owned Camry that we found online.This car has very low mileage and it almost looked like a brand new car. René asked if a new car with a rebate on it was close in monthly payment to the used car we wanted to purchase would we be interested? He then figured out the cost of both cars and told us the new car had a lower interest rate on it.Sure enough the payment was below the monthly payment ceiling we had planned on spending. So now we are the proud owners of a NEW Camry instead of the three year older used one. More
