We had an alignment done on our 2018 GMC Canyon. Two months later i notice the outside right tire is nearly bald! I had it checked at another dealer as I was out of town. The alignment was way out a Two months later i notice the outside right tire is nearly bald! I had it checked at another dealer as I was out of town. The alignment was way out and the left tire was "cupping" requiring it to also be replaced. The alignment and two tires cost me nearly $1,000. I asked RBG of Tucson about this and did not even get a response. Very disappointed! More

The absolute best of the best service experience I have ever recieved. Ryan and Brian are the most exceptional consultants. This is our third consecutive vehicle purchase with Royal of Tucson. Your sales people in our experiences have been great, we have been using the same Service Advisor with success and will continue. Not a new problem. We (and others) have been passed off unsuccessfully during times of need. Phoned once to Buick/GMC and was transferred to the Cadillac desk, which was not being staffed.. Ahmad and Mike are always helpful.
