He was exceptionally helpful in providing me with the information I needed to make a decision regarding the best car and financing scenario for my needs, including providing me with a competitive trade-in price for my vehicle. He communicated with me by email and text before I arrived at the dealership, so when I got there, I simply had to drive two cars, choose between them, complete the paperwork, and drive home. Went in to buy spark plugs, came out with an amazing certified car and excellent purchase experience. I wanted a new car and was researching different dealers and car models. I really wanted to buy my car locally, and was familiar with Capo VW from the past. I walked in and the manager greeted me. I told him my needs, and he introduced me to Mike Stieber. We talked a bit about what I wanted, and he showed me some cars and described their features, and I knew instantly the one I wanted. We went for a test drive and I was sold. Mike was friendly, polite, helpful, and put no pressure on me. He wanted me to have a car that suited my needs, and not just to sell me a car. He explained how a lease works, as I had never leased before, and it made sense for me at this stage in my life. I wanted to "sleep on it" to make sure. The next day, I knew the Tiguan was the right choice. Everyone that I met and that helped in the process was friendly and professional. I am quite happy with my new car and I would highly recommend Mike and Capo VW to anyone considering purchasing a new car. More

Mike is a great, relaxed, understand and helpful sales man. I should say I will NEVER buy a car before talking to him first. I can not recommend Capistrano VW enough and particularly Mike and Buddy. Buddy was also great. Providing all the info and answering to all the questions that I had.
