I was born into a family that owned restaurants so I've always known customer service is key for anything I work towards in life. Some of the greatest joys I have now at my job is helping those who decide to start their own business and assist them from beginning to end with buying their first Car/Truck for their business and helping them build their fleet. Another one is helping people who've never bought a car before through this Tough/Stressful process and helping them understand and proceed with confidence.

Scott Carters team in Service, and in Sales are tremendous, they real take care of me as a customer, there is not one dealership out there like McGovern Ford of Lowell , I have had about 6-7 of my tremendous, they real take care of me as a customer, there is not one dealership out there like McGovern Ford of Lowell , I have had about 6-7 of my family and friend in here to buy cars , Rosie is a great Service manager and Lisa does a great job of getting me in and out , helped me order a new part and scheduled me for it when it comes in , Thank You Mr. Scott Carter and McGovern Ford of Lowell ! Smokler was great! I used to own a Lincoln MKX with ventilated seats and he helped me order the best F150 to accommodate that for me!
