Bryan was super friendly. Got me in for a 4-wheel alignment right away. The folks working there are always very nice and professional. The downfall for me is that every time I go in for a routine maintenance, there's something wrong that they charge a ton for. I know my Outback is older, but not everyone can drop 1100 dollars easily for a repair. I took the paperwork and called Flynns for a three-hundred-dollar difference for the repair. Make sure to always get a second quote somewhere else!! Dealerships are super high, and when I go there, I feel stressed out because it feels like if nothing is wrong...they will find something. More

Everyone at Kenny Ross from the moment I arrived was professional, kind and courteous. They do not pressure you to pay for "extra" things as is shown from the video the service tech sends. I was told exactly what was going to be done to my car and what it would cost before any work started. After the work was completed, they suggested a few items that could be done to my car to make it bett and what it would cost before any work started. After the work was completed, they suggested a few items that could be done to my car to make it better and I had the choice of accepting or rejecting their suggestions. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to return to Kenny Ross for any repair work I may need in the future. More
