Same day oil change and tire rotation. I called this morning to make an appointment and they told me to bring my vehicle right in. Exceeded my high expectations! I drove out of my way to take advantage of the service coupon that was offered. It was my first time here for service, although I have owned 4 differe I drove out of my way to take advantage of the service coupon that was offered. It was my first time here for service, although I have owned 4 different Honda vehicles in the past 7 years. The coupon got me to come to Dover Honda where I saw first hand the professional service I expected, but the treatment I received as a customer will get me to return! Absolutely exceeded my high expectations!! All associates were friendly and engaging. The facility is top notch. I felt like a welcome guest in the house of Dover Honda. More
