I’ve never dealt with this level of unprofessionalism. I never actually met my service rep. It was always his day off, in another department, running late, or just simply not around eve unprofessionalism. I never actually met my service rep. It was always his day off, in another department, running late, or just simply not around every time I came in. I had no idea what was going on with my vehicle. Was told it was ready to be picked up three different times. And never had satisfactory repairs done. I still have three free oil changes and won’t be using any of them at this dealership. Or any other services again. More

Great service once I brought my car in. My only complaint would be how far out the appointment was. It took about 3 months to get in but I m sure that was only because it was a recall.
