I then went inside and I went to see Gustavo I sat down and offered me a Coca-Cola and some water. I have known Gustavo for over 20 years I have bought all my cars from him no matter what dealership he was working at. Gustavo is very professional very kind very honest and he tells you everything like it is he's very respectful as well. He heard what I had to say in regards to my concern about my finances and the type of car that I was able to work out with him he did an excellent job and working out with me my finances with the right car and I'm very pleased with his exceptional professionalism when handling this situation. The general manager of Mercedes-Benz of Coral gables Mr Mike Rodriguez helped us out and making sure that everything went very well in the financing department to assure that all the numbers and calculations went well and that there are no problems with anything he was very kind very professional he greeted me with a smile mentioned me by my name and gave me a nice firm handshake. He was also very friendly and help me out with any questions or concerns that I had.
