This is my second car purchased at Spirit in the last 2 months. My wife and I absolutely love the dealership! Everyone is so nice and friendly! You get the ma and pa feeling at this dealership. It’s not your corporate dealership where everything is very mundane and cold. Bill, the manager is a great pleasure to work with. He explains everything very thoroughly and is always pleasant. Mike Jr was absolutely awesome and was a great pleasure to work with. I would recommend Spirit to all my family and friends!! More

I had appointment for an oil change tire rotation and then to look at a warranty part which would involve them driving it to replicate the problem. I dropped it off at 10:30 and was called at four just t then to look at a warranty part which would involve them driving it to replicate the problem. I dropped it off at 10:30 and was called at four just to tell me that they didn’t have time to drive it and that they would need a whole day for that and asked if they could keep it over the holiday weekend. Absolutely not and very disappointing considering I’m about to purchase my fourth car from them More
