I left feeling confident and excited about my new car. This is actually the second car my family has purchased from Garden Grove Kia. Our first experience started off a little rocky—we bought online and only received one key when the car was delivered. It took a few follow-ups, but to their credit, the dealership made things right and provided the second key as promised. This time around was a completely different experience—in the best way. Javier truly went above and beyond to make it a positive one. Also, a big thank-you to our finance rep, Kenny. He was thorough, clear, and super helpful during the paperwork process, which made everything feel even more seamless. We drive up from San Diego to Garden Grove because of the great service, honest people, and a wide inventory to choose from. It’s well worth the trip every time. Single family I bought a lot of used cars this dealership do not go to. I’m telling you now do not. I’m trying to save you a lot of time and headache. I have pictures of a water pump that has corrosion. I ha do not go to. I’m telling you now do not. I’m trying to save you a lot of time and headache. I have pictures of a transmission that they did not take care of and they said that they inspected it bring your mechanic if you’re gonna buy a car here they are dishonest they’re lying. This guy in particular doesn’t want to do with any problem. The moment he hears legal action. He just hangs up on you very unprofessional. I don’t know how he has these high ratings but absolutely positively one of the worst people I’ve dealt with, but he’ll talk to you guys high and mighty because he pay for my water pump that they didn’t inspect properly. Instead of making things right for a mistake that their mechanics made not us. It doesn’t matter if you didn’t have the tools for the car you send it to the dealership for it to get fixed properly before selling it if you are gonna sell a used car you just don’t get to do the minimal and then blame the customer for buying a car. That’s crazy so like I said it’s OK all the time I will be updating the story but if you if I can warn anybody do not buy a used car don’t even buy a new car from them. I’ve seen them buy a new car and before the people even got off the lot the car died on them. They just don’t take care of the cars properly they wanna blame you once something happens and then when you try to get it resolved, you know what he told me I can come trade the car back in because when they sold it to me, it was working Now that it’s not because of maintenance that they didn’t do when they sold the car. It’s on me now isn’t that crazy? More
