Service issue The service reps did not know how to use the maintenance program coupon I presented at time I took my vehicle in for service which was on a Friday. Th The service reps did not know how to use the maintenance program coupon I presented at time I took my vehicle in for service which was on a Friday. Thus, I left with no record of what was done to the car or if there were any issue(s) that I might need to know. I did not get the written report until the following Monday when I contacted the service manager. I still did not get the entire report that I normally get when my vehicle is serviced but something is better than nothing. More
