Needed a new key Talked with Mike McClaskey by phone to order a new key for the 2014 Jetta I bought from a private owner. It took 2 business days (over a weekend) for Talked with Mike McClaskey by phone to order a new key for the 2014 Jetta I bought from a private owner. It took 2 business days (over a weekend) for the key to arrive. Mike called me to say that the key was in. He didn't have a service slot for that very day, but I offered to come do my work in the waiting room for as long as it took him to work in the programming that my new key needed. Mike was happy with that. I was there about 2-1/2 hours before Mike announced that my new key was ready. He also answered some other questions and promised to get back to me by phone when he could do some research about one of them. The only downside is that getting a single key made is hugely expensive ($263). More

Great service. Had my car in for routine service- 20,000 miles. Not only did Olga check me in, she took the time to show me how to adjust a dashboard display I didn’ Had my car in for routine service- 20,000 miles. My service tech- Mike McClaskey- let me know what was needed and that it wouldn’t take long. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The dealership is clean and the waiting room is comfortable. More

Paid twice as much as expected for a car battery. The battery for my VW Golf Wagen was twice as expensive as expected as it only was available from the dealer. Service Advisor - Mike McClaskey was great!!! Mike McClaskey the service advisor is very professional and prompt at calling you back and keeping you updated on your car and it being serviced!!!! W Mike McClaskey the service advisor is very professional and prompt at calling you back and keeping you updated on your car and it being serviced!!!! When someone tells me they will call you back, that is what I expect. That builds trust with the company that you are dealing with. The car seem to run fine coming home but I have not driven it more than 40 miles, yet. I will add though, anytime Carolina Volkswagen has serviced my car, I have not had to go back with same problem.
