I need service on my car,but because I’m sick I can’t get to the dearer. I called my sales person and he picked up my car and had it serviced. I’ve been coming to Spirit for about 30 yrs since 1994 and the service staff has always been outstanding to me as well as my Dad when he was alive The management team is schooled in great customer service and the service staff has always been outstanding to me as well as my Dad when he was alive The management team is schooled in great customer service led by Ron Baus and general Mgr Mike Baus. They make me feel like true family when I see and deal with them and I am always bragging about the dealership to many others through the many years. Excellent service always good from start to finish, service managers are awesome. I ended up buying tires, they found a bad front tire but gave a few options to get what was comfortable for me for pr service managers are awesome.
