"Worked" on my car for over a month Car service keep my car for over a month. I paid 700 dollars for the service and my GMC Terrain was not fixed. Dealership returned my car twice on Fri Car service keep my car for over a month. I paid 700 dollars for the service and my GMC Terrain was not fixed. Dealership returned my car twice on Fridays and my car left me stranded on Saturdays. I'm not sure if their technician could fix my car or if it simply was not a priority since I had already paid. I talked to the manager and all he said was to take it back in. I had to look somewhere else since my rental car bills also are adding up and I was not getting any closer to having my car working. More

Service - Oil change/tires rotated Very efficient; good group of workers- seemed to genuinely care about the work they are doing; I trust they are competent to complete the service and Very efficient; good group of workers- seemed to genuinely care about the work they are doing; I trust they are competent to complete the service and my car is going to be well-maintained. The entire process runs smoothly from entering to exiting. One suggestion is to make sure that the workers mention to the customer that they have refilled/checked wiper and brake fluids, windshield wipers, and air pressure in tires. I've been in a few times and it seems like they mention that all lights work and they show you the oil, but the customer has to ask on the other things. More
