his is NOT about the dealer, but about the Fast Lane Service that they have. They are genuinely concerned about their customers. I had bad tires, and they showed me just how bad they were. With having f Service that they have. They are genuinely concerned about their customers. I had bad tires, and they showed me just how bad they were. With having front wheel drive, they took the worst two tires and put them on the rear. One of them was so bad that they suggested putting on the spare, which I agreed with. They could have just let me go, and change it on my own when it went flat. But they didn't do that, because they cared about their customers safety and wellbeing. Beck's service department always go above and beyond. It's super nice to have a service team that cares about their customers. Took almost 6 weeks to get truck in and out of the shop for repairs. 2 weeks out for the appointment, 1 week to diagnose and get adjusters approval, 2 weeks waiting for parts, 4 days to complete repairs. w for repairs. 2 weeks out for the appointment, 1 week to diagnose and get adjusters approval, 2 weeks waiting for parts, 4 days to complete repairs. which where AC Blower Motor, Sunroof Track / Motor Replacement and Rear Window Replacement. No loaner car was offered. Luckly, I have another vehicle, or I would have had a rental car expense added to the bill. Service did give me weekly updates on status. More
