After trying to shop for a new vehicle at several different dealerships, I landed at Honda of Lake City. They had the vehicle I wanted at the listing price I was looking for. I live 3 hours away from this dealership, so it was important for me to have the majority of the negotiating completed before making the journey to test drive and move further with the sale. Rachael Spradley, my dealer sales person, did a phenomenal job communicating and negotiating the price via phone/email. It was so refreshing to conduct a deal without the hassle and pressure of commuting to a dealership over three hours away in person! She provided plenty of details about the vehicle and texted me updates though out the process. Rachael and the dealership made it so simple. They provided an official copy of our negotiated price, so when I made that three hour commute, Andrew showed me the vehicle in person and took me for a test drive. I simply showed him a copy of our already negotiated price and without any issues or extra negotiation, the paper work was drawn up, the deal was made, and I drove away in my new vehicle. I know car sales via Internet/phone/text is not the tradition practice of car sales, but it sure was a pleasant and efficient experience to an all to often dreadful task. Thank you to Andrew and Honda of Lake City for the wonderful experience and a SPECIAL thanks to Rachael for going against the grain of traditional car sales and working with me in a format that worked best for my situation!! More

Sales Mgr Ryan was a slick talkin' millennial. .....however, my 5 kids are also millennials, so I had no problems dealing w/ him. Other than that, had a good time there.....coffee machine is awesom .....however, my 5 kids are also millennials, so I had no problems dealing w/ him.
