These people will rip you off and cry racism if you ask for aless rude or obnoxious salesperson. Plus they ask you if a part of the vehicle that missing or damaged (ex. Sun visor, seatbelt clip, door seal for aless rude or obnoxious salesperson. Plus they ask you if a part of the vehicle that missing or damaged (ex. Sun visor, seatbelt clip, door seals. Etc ) is important to you and when you reply "yes, they're safety features" they scream at you "racist" or "dumbxxxx" (even though you didn't say anything racist to the salesperson). Also when asks about mechanical/control problems inside car they say "it's a after-market product (when it is obvious it's standard equipment) and what do you xxxxing expect for the near Brand new price you're paying (we do have a service department that could charge you another $8,000 to fix it you dumbxxxx). I'm telling all my friends, coworkers, church people,and neighbors NOT TO BUY OR GET YOUR CAR REPAIRS AT EDDIE'S TOYOTA. I'VE already told Mom to get rid of her Toyota Corolla and go with another vehicle manufacturer due to this enormous amount of disrespect by EDDIE'S TOYOTA employees. More

Third Lease of a Toyota Camary Mike Gisick worked hard to get me what I wanted. Contacted me a couple of months before lease was up and worked a deal I appreciated. I didn't have to spend hours in the dealership negotiating a lease contract, this time. I always turn in a fabulous car and way under the mileage I paid for. He is "attention" to detail and understands my thought process -- turning in a great car and what I expect on the next lease contract. He never waivered on his commitment made to me from the get go. I look forward to working with him again. I truly believe you have a top notch dealership when it comes to service department as well. I have so enjoyed each and everyone of my experiences there as well over the past 6-years. Nice on my first lease from St. Louis I was able to turn in at Eddy's Toyota and it all worked great. I am looking forward to my next three years with my Camary and will dread the end of the lease but I have confidence you all will work a great deal for me....and, I look forward to working with Mike again. More

We had bought an Avalon 10 years ago with Anthony and was very pleased, so we went back for another. Mike was working with Anthony and they both worked to get our business. Mike was very good about helping m very pleased, so we went back for another. Mike was working with Anthony and they both worked to get our business. Mike was very good about helping me set up my smart phone with apps to use in my car. Being I am not very tech savy this was a great help. Also they helped to get the color we wanted which I am very pleased. Thanks again. More

Experience was pleasant and I have experienced some pretty bad dealerships. I especially wanted to mention that my tire was replaced at no charge as a good will gesture and you could have made it unple pretty bad dealerships. This goes a long way with me and I will consider using Eddy's in the future for maintenance. More
