Very satisfied I had multiple issues and most were covered under warranty. I was given a thorough breakdown of what needed to be done and how much time each would t I had multiple issues and most were covered under warranty. Service both the Quick Lane along with the Service Ctr. This is a quick lane about a week ago where I grew soil and filter . Very short wait in addition I asked them to check to see why my engine light was on. They put in on the computer and said it was showing a EGR code. Made me an appointment for the following week. Dropped of my vehicle they serviced it fixed the problem. Everyone was friendly and I always. Have been satisfied with their work. I have bought several vehicles from this location and and will do so again. More

Can you take care of this rattle? Dropped my car off early in the a.m.m to have a right rear rattle fixed. Didn't go for a drive with the mechanic b/c it was before they were there. Dropped my car off early in the a.m.m to have a right rear rattle fixed. Didn't go for a drive with the mechanic b/c it was before they were there. They fixed a rattle in the roof and a rattle in my number plate that I never heard or complained about. The original rattle was still there. When I called they said to bring it back and a mechanic would take a drive with me. I did that and he heard what I was concerned with. Brought it back to have it repaired, was in the shocks. They also noticed that my brakes needed to be done. We had both things repaired and they credited me what I paid for the first visit. Moral: Always take a drive with the mechanic if you want a rattle repaired. Very happy with the service and would definitely return in the future. More

Clean Up. What most of us have discovered over the years is that it is more economical to have a professional shop do washes and waxes than to do it yourself, e What most of us have discovered over the years is that it is more economical to have a professional shop do washes and waxes than to do it yourself, especially as you get older. First off, you have to get all the needed products, then you have to have the time to do all this, and if anything goes out of kilter, a way to fix it. When I was younger and had the time and materials--it was a fun thing on a Sunday afternoon. I'm 75 now and that will not be happening again. So, I have found that if I drop it off at least once a year and have the inside and outside done--I don't have to worry about it. And, I can take a nap while all this is going on! Later in this survey you ask about WHO was the most concerned with ME. Actually, Paul McGuire, Lou, Tom Collins, Mike Gervais, others that worked in the Fast Lane, and a whole bunch of mechanics that have worked on my vehicles, many of which no longer work for you folks. Mike took care of this and my visit before this when the rats eat my wiring harness. A good job all around as best I can see it. I stopped in one day back awhile ago in the middle of a snow storm because the Low Pressure thing came on for one of my tires. Lou got it in, fixed everything, and there was no charge. What's not to like about that? Lou seems to be doing a great job for you folks. To be a service manager, you really need to have been a WRENCH--which Lou is/was. ENOUGH! I'm happy if you're happy.
