Quality of service I had an issue will my 2013 F150 4x4 radio cutting out. First issue is that it's not to old at all for he radio to go bad. They checked it out and said I did need to get a new one, but they never replaced the fuse panel. Ordered a new radio and that one turns out to be bad as well, and they didn't replace the dress panel cover. Ok next radio is ordered and comes in, so set up an appt. for 9am and I did note that I would wait as it only takes 2 hours to complete, but then when I arrived they said they would get me in as soon as possible, so why state a 9 o'clock apt? After all this all I get was sorry for the inconvenience, Mark More
