Sorry I was forced to give a star. for this place. They are the most crooked car dealers I've ever come across. Sold me a car for $12,000 more than I should have been charged. Refused to let me return the car after 1 day when my state law requires them to. After I had bought the car they listed it on carfax for $10,000 less than I paid for it so they could pull the old bait and switch. Finally after they realized i was serious about taking them to court they did take the car back and gave me back my trade in. Stay far away from this place. Mike George might have a conscious as he is the one that gave me the refund. More

Found my car via cargurus. Contacted Crazy Cheap Cars via them. Ryan Woodward replied to my inquiry, set up meeting for test and i bought the car. Ryan was great made it very easy! Expedited needed repair on damaged window. Car was immaculate when I picked it up. Paperwork was a breeze. Couldn't have been happier. Aftercare, picked the car up on Friday and on Sunday while out driving the tire pressure indicator came on. I emailed Ryan on Monday morning and explained and just asked if I stopped in if someone could add some air for me. I'm from a simpler driving time so I planned my old school diagnostic system, add air, if tire looses some again then check...valve stem, if not that check the bead, if not that check the rim. All this I figured would be on me. Right now I just needed some air. Well Ryan and your service team went far beyond my expectations. Fifteen minutes later Service team leader had the car back tire in fine shape, the problem found was a faulty sensor that they replaced. So, I give 5 stars to Ryan for making the sale AND a further 5 stars for customer aftercare. Total 10 stars! OUTSTANDING! More

Thought this place was good. But after a few months not good. Dont like to fix your vehicle and don't ever return calls or they give you a run around or hang up on you. Disnt have the vehicle for a year and the motor blew. They replaced it but it leaks oil really bad and I have found to spots now. Have to put oil in it every week. They said they would call our local chevy dealer but no. We were without out vechile for 6 weeks. If they take care of the issue or get us out of this my review will be better. But right now 0 stars.They don't even return your phone call or text. The service department sucks. And certain salesmen stink. They care about selling you a vehicle to get their pay but when you have issues and need it fixed they run you around. Still waiting been over 2 months for Mike George to call. They tell me he is busy and all. And they said we can get you out of the vehicle but you need a good down payment and your loan payment will be higher. How when you sold us a peice of junk and kbow it. I smell lemon!! More

Bought a 2011 gmc terrain back on February 24th, since day one its had nothing but issues. It's been in the shop every week since I've owned the vehicle, it's been out of service over 30+ days. [About 35 day one its had nothing but issues. It's been in the shop every week since I've owned the vehicle, it's been out of service over 30+ days. [About 35 as of right now] Had 3 engine swaps, and is still not operating properly. Asked for them to purchase back the vehicle as under NYS law any used vehicle that has been out of commission for more than 30 days in a one year period AND has more than 4 repair attempts [at atleast 8] is consider a lemon and must be bought back by the dealer for the full amount, refused, left the owner a voice mail 2 weeks ago and still no response. I am her again having to take time off to come back and see if the issue can be fixed her again. At this point it is 110% a lemon and should be bought back. If nothing is done soon I'll have to defer to other means of getting compensation. Not to mention when I 1st had an issue with in one day of owning it I talked to jon Cassidy who sold me the vehicle and he told me everyone knows the terrains have issues and it's not their problem and I'll have to pay for the repairs out of pocket yet there was only 250 miles put on the vehicle and was only owned for 1 week at that time. If I had known that the terrains from years 2010 to 2013 had issues in would have never bought it. So no jon, not everyone knows about the terrain issues. More

Awesome, swift experience! I went there to see one car in particular, took it for a test drive, and was given plenty of time and gas to drive till I felt comfortable with it. They were so accommodating, even bought us lunch ! ..before a deal was ever made. They were all very personable and made it a very enjoyable experience. They really look out for your best interest to make sure you get into the right car/truck. They gave me all the options available, and after test driving 3 cars/trucks, I ended up selecting a 2017 Ford Explorer. It is an amazing vehicle and will serve our family very well for a very long time. Words cannot express how happy and content I am with the services of everyone there at Crazy Cheap Cars ! You will NOT be disappointed ! More
