After I found the truck on their well-designed website, I visited their lot and was greete Purchased a used 2015 Ford F150 2WD from Crazy Cheap Cars. After I found the truck on their well-designed website, I visited their lot and was greeted by Stephen Thweatt (great saleman BTW) who made me feel comfortable and confident from the test drive to the purchase and on thru delivery. They asked the kind of questions that someone would ask as if they were trying to make sure I was buying the right vehicle, which I found amazing. They openly discussed their business model which was not something you get at every dealership - gained my trust. Everybody there had a consistent customer focus and will tell you what they can and can't do - fair enough. Their pricing is very fair and was below NADA/KBB values. When I asked they explained everything that went into their lower price, pointing out things like slightly worn tires, scratches, etc.) so you know exactly what you're getting. I've never seen that before and appreciated the honestly. Also gave me fair value for my trade in. At delivery, everyone went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied and the mechanics went over the truck to make sure everything was right. I am a satisfied customer and will be buying again from Crazy Cheap Cars - THANKS GUYS!!! More

Unprofessional! I had to call multiple times to even reach any one who was willing to offer help. Then everyone all of a sudden wants to help, but it's a different pe I had to call multiple times to even reach any one who was willing to offer help. He was rude and hung up on me after wasting my time and lying about their process. I would never recommend coming here. More

Great service with no overselling I went in looking at a particular vehicle they had in stock. Drove it and loved it. Unfortunately it needed a little work so I couldn't drive it home I went in looking at a particular vehicle they had in stock. Drove it and loved it. I loved this one even more and was able to take it home the same day. He didn't try to over sell and got me out of there with the car I wanted that day. I'm very pleased with my experience. More
