I was supposed to pick up the car on July 6 Saturday. But because their accountant messed up the The withdrawal of the deposit for the car I could not pick up my car That day. It wasn’t until I got home, that I found his mistake. When I went back on Monday to pick up the car, I informed him of his mistake and he completely denied it. I even showed it to him in my account activities and he still completely denied that he done it. I don’t know if it was an accident or what happened but if you make a mistake, you should own up to what you do, Blake just did not seem to care. Seem to be a master of narcissism. More

Very thankful for the vehicle we got eventually. It was a swift & professional one; from spotting it on Car Gurus to closing out the deal took less than 48 hours. All the staff that attended to us w It was a swift & professional one; from spotting it on Car Gurus to closing out the deal took less than 48 hours. All the staff that attended to us were fantastic. One challenge if not strange snag though was that the price we were given was over $1,000 higher than what Car Gurus displayed. You don't expect to be ambushed by such hidden charges. Do you? Nevertheless, the attitude of the staff made everything else worth the trouble. More

DONT GO TO THIS DEALER! !! I called in wanted to purchase a truck that I already was pre qualified for and had the check ready to purchase. After running me around all day th !! I called in wanted to purchase a truck that I already was pre qualified for and had the check ready to purchase. After running me around all day they ran my credit multiple time after I repeated told them not to do it . They were Aware of my approval but wanted me to finance it through them so they can add all types of dealer fees . I spoke with mike and the sales manager and basically was told to xxxx off or bring in the check to get the truck .. so unless you want extra fees and 15 inquiries on your credit DONT GO HERE ! They aren’t honest and will tell you anything to get you into the dealership to mess up your credit at the expense of them selling you a car even if you have your own financing already . More

I called around to three different dealerships and found Chapman Ford in Philadephia to be the most helpfull ! Salesmen Ed Simpson & Mike Foster went out of their way to answer all my questions on the orde Chapman Ford in Philadephia to be the most helpfull ! Salesmen Ed Simpson & Mike Foster went out of their way to answer all my questions on the order of the new 2022 Ford Maverick ! I found both Ed and Mike to be honest and knowledgeable In answering my question and concerns and if there was any questions they could not answer as the Maverick is not out yet and is in the early stages of production, they found out the answers to my questions and got right back to me. I have never ordered a new vehicle before and always brought a vehicle from the dealers lot ! I was a little apprehensive to say the least and they made my experience at Chapman a good one so far as the customer service has been great !!! I would and will recommend Chapman to my friends and family ! Again I want to thank Ed and Mike for such a great experience !!! It's funny that I have a Ford dealership right down the street from me who I have dealt with for years and when I decided to inquire about the Ford Maverick I contacted them and another dealership and Chapman and Chapman Ford stood out among the other two dealers With their outstanding customer service !!!
