Awful treatment by so called general manager, Matt Jones. We took our car there for new tire installation and wheel alignment. The alignment printout showed multiple values out of spec that could result in t We took our car there for new tire installation and wheel alignment. The alignment printout showed multiple values out of spec that could result in tire wear, handling and safety issues. They basically said those are not adjustable and gladly took payment for an incomplete service. When I reached out to the so called general manager, he basically said bring the car in and they would take a look at it. I asked him if I was expected to make additional payment or will it be taken care of by the Nissan Recall Campaign bulletin I found online. He repeatedly ignored this question and asked me to bring the car in. When I insisted to get an answer, his service rep said that it will likely be an additional $262 to fix the issue. They also wanted to charge $89.95 for a full synthetic oil change that was advertised as $69.95 on their website. Bait & switch? I shared this unpleasant experience on Google with pure facts and requested a refund for alignment. As a response, Matt Jones sent me an e-mail with bunch of false accusations and invalid assumptions and basically accused me of blackmailing and taking advantage of his dealership. I replied back and disputed all of his false accusations with facts and his response was "Have a great day!" Anyways, I am currently seeking third party help to resolve the issue. In order to avoid, such a bad experience, please think twice before visiting this dealership. Thanks for reading. More
