The advisor assigned, Mike Boenne is consistently the rudest customer service person I have dealt with. We had used him previously and switched to Ricardo, who is always polite. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership and will NEVER purchase another. I don't use social media, but would create a page just to let people know how I was treated. I spoke with two other people in the waiting area that agreed the service department is lacking. More

Generally positive. Only negative is we discovered chips in the windshield that had clearly occurred after our original test drive and inspection.
