He didn't tell me what I wanted to hear. He told me what I needed to know. I liked that. There was no guessing. As I left the show room with my new vehicle I felt empowered, enlightened and educated. I would also like to give a shout out to Lisa Hulmes in finance for making my experience so pleasant and Mike Bilbow for leading me through the technical stuff. No complaints here, just kudos! More

This is a Great Team! I have been to one Chevy Dealership before going to Elkins, and the experience was night and day. I went in wanting a Colorado Z71 and the previous de I have been to one Chevy Dealership before going to Elkins, and the experience was night and day. I went in wanting a Colorado Z71 and the previous dealership was trying to get me in the WT model, did not look into any discounts for me or anything. The experience was bad. The following day I spoke to Terri Parzyck on the phone and told her what I was interested in and made a trip to Elkins and met Todd Hersh. I told him what I wanted and soon presented me with the ride I was going to drive off with. What I really liked about Todd was his passion for what he does and he made sure that I got every discount possible to get me in my payment range. Unlike my last experience at the other place. After all was said and done Todd made the process very easy and smooth. Mike Bilbow has great passion as well when it came to all the technology that is built in the truck. Like Todd he is very passionate about what he does. His detail in explanation is superb. He ran into one little issue that resolved itself with the GPS system (which was probably because my wife and I bought a new construction home and our address was not available yet.) Yet he did his research and reached out to me with his findings. HE REALLY CARES ABOUT WHAT HE DOES! Not every deal can go perfect and Todd and I ran into that with the GM Supplier Discount which by no means is Elkins fault. This is here Bob Borman comes into play. To make a long story short we battled for 3 weeks to get this code, and Bob drove me nuts with this by always reminding me "I KNOW YOU QUALIFY FOR IT". Once I was able to retrieve the code it made everything after smooth. Overall the experience was great, and in so many ways the issue with the GM Supplier Discount program just showed me how passionate the Elkin's team is at making sure their customers and satisfied. God Bless this team! They are amazing at what they do! Looking forward to working with these guys in the future! More

A Great Experience Once Again I just purchased a beautiful 2016 Camaro convertible that is Certified Preowned after looking for a car for several months. My salesperson Todd Hers I just purchased a beautiful 2016 Camaro convertible that is Certified Preowned after looking for a car for several months. My salesperson Todd Hersh worked with me during this period to help find me the perfect car. Todd was always accessible even on his days off - even coming in on his day off to show me a car. When it got close to purchase Todd and Adam Elkins worked with me on the purchase price. Bob Borman was great having the car shipped out of state for me to a secondary home (which just happens to be two blocks from another Chevy dealer) and Lisa Hulmes was very helpful completing the financial part of the sale. Of course I can't forget to mention a super nice guy Mike Bilbow who helped me with the technical aspects of the car including Apple CarPlay. I definitely will continue to purchase from Elkins Chevy. What separates them from other dealers is the family atmosphere that exists at Elkins between the owners and the employees. They truly are a great group of people who treat their customers like friends. More

We were greeted by a friendly receptionist and introduced to Jason. He showed us what we wanted and went thru all the ins and out of the truck. He actually sold us on something we weren't sure we wanted but know it will fit our family perfectly. The process took a while but everyone was helpful, and friendly. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a Chevy to go see Jason. More

Exceptional Service! Ask for Boris! I was contacted by someone from Elkins about trading in my old lease for a new one. The + was, that if I came in for a test drive of the new Cruze, I I was contacted by someone from Elkins about trading in my old lease for a new one. The + was, that if I came in for a test drive of the new Cruze, I would get a $50 gift card. Since my lease was ended, I was weighing my options for my lease end: keep my car, lease a new Cruze or Honda, or get a used car. My salesman was Boris. The first Cruze he showed me was on the show room floor. The technology features were awesome (sound package), and this was on top of the heated seats and sunroof. I wasn't fond of the color of the car he showed me, but I fell in love with the Blue color Boris brought out for my test drive. The problem was, it didn't have the same package. To make a loooong story short, Boris was able to find the car in the color I wanted and was able to get it shipped to Elkins. Even after that, for about three weeks following the test drive, I was undecided about leasing the new Cruze, and had pretty much decided to keep my car. Then, I received a call from Boris and the sales manager who worked out the deal of a lifetime that I couldn't refuse. Now I'm in my new blue Cruze....cruising. Everyone at Elkins from start with Boris (and his manager), to Mike who explained & set up the technology in my car, to Lisa, the business manager who helped me sign the deal was superb! More
