Tim is always so much help. He always lets me know everything that needs to be serviced on my vehicle and tells me why but he never pressure me in to getting any work done. I bought my car from this dealership one year ago. The car had your 15 point inspection and every other inspection to make sure it was ready to roll off your lot.Took my car in for routine service, oi The car had your 15 point inspection and every other inspection to make sure it was ready to roll off your lot.Took my car in for routine service, oil change tire rotation state inspection. And was told that I needed tires. Very concerning that a car I bought from these guys one year ago now needs tires? Also I know balance is an additional charge but $149 for rotation when most places around there charge anywhere from $10 to $25, and that was the high-end until your price came out. So either I got ripped off when I bought the car with tires that won't last or your service center is trying to rip me off and sell me tires that I don't need More
