I tend to avoid the regular service department as it is not as convenient as the QuickLane: Appointments are rarely available the same day or even the same week, especially for warranty / recall work, and they always want to keep the vehicle most of the day, so kind of a hassle, but they do good work. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. The work took longer than I expected, but I was warned that it might, so no problem there. One request: Please leave more detailed voicemails - if the vehicle is ready to pick up, say that in the voicemail so we don't waste the rest of the afternoon playing phone tag. More
