Oil change I arrived 20 minutes early for an oil change. After waiting an hr. and 20 minutes (it was actually 1 hr. and 40 minutes) I saw my car moved to the pic I arrived 20 minutes early for an oil change. After waiting an hr. and 20 minutes (it was actually 1 hr. and 40 minutes) I saw my car moved to the pickup area. I sat for another 20 minutes waiting to be called to get my car. I finally went to the pickup area only to see everyone talking and not working with anyone. A man asked if I needed help and I told him I wanted to know if my car was done or not. He then asked who was helping me and I told him but didn't see Mike in the drop off area at the time. Mike then came in with another gentleman and was told I was waiting to get my car. I told Mike that I saw my car out there 20 minutes ago...he stated that they had been very busy. I have previously had very good service. I was somewhat disappointed this time as my time is valuable also. Thank you More

Mike in the service department made everything easy from getting a rental car to facilitating the extended-warranty process, so that I could travel back to work 250 miles away in Fargo after my car broke down in St Cloud. He kept me well in the loop with the long distance repairs, and I would definitely recommend the Tenvoorde service center based on this experience! More

2018 FORD ESCAPE REPAIR Mike in the service department was AWESOME! He got me a rental car, he made sure my life went on as normal while my vehicle was in the shop. He was Mike in the service department was AWESOME! He got me a rental car, he made sure my life went on as normal while my vehicle was in the shop. He was in contact communicating issues, dates, times and met all of my expectations. While I was disappointed in the overall performance/failure of my vehicle, Tenvoorde Ford and it's staff made the experience simple and minimized the stress in having a vehicle failure. Darin in Sales and Tony in Financing worked hard to keep my options open in the event I would decided to trade up. More
