We were traveling through the area, pulling a trailer when we had an issue with the truck. Tenvoorde was able to get us in for the needed repair and had the truck back that afternoon. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Don't be fooled! I bought a used F150 in 2019 from this dealership only because of the lifetime powertrain warranty. When I bought the vehicle I was told I could have service done anywhere as long as I kept my records and called the warranty center to document the service. Well, now I have a transmission problem and they are refusing to cover because I didn't have service done there. The reason I stopped going there for service in the first place is that all of the maintenance staff are grumps and they cost significantly more than the mom and pop shops. Extremely disappointed and will never buy from Tenvoorde again. I urge you to look elsewhere as well! More
