They have been in possession of my vehicle for 8. 5 weeks now. Each time I go to retrieve my vehicle (which had been twice now) there is an unresolved or new issue. I question whether drivers safety truly is a priority for them at this time or ever. The Frontline men are kind and understanding but even that can only go so far when I am unable to drive my own vehicle for 8.5 weeks. Even when I receive my vehicle, I fear for the shortcuts taken and wonder whether myself and my 2 children (1 special needs) will be left stranded on the side of the road due to the utter negligence displayed by this service department. I also have no way of knowing whether or not they have actually done what is listed on the paperwork without proof. My only choice is to take them at their word and fend for myself on the road with the vehicle as it is given to me. Very scary. This is the last time I purchase a vehicle with a service warranty from this dealership (it was actually my second and will be my last time). More
