Didn’t order part when I told them too. Was late fixing the car. Had a tech not show up and had no clue about it. Did not solve my issue. Seems as if they have no clue what’s going on or what they are doing, no communication inside that building from my viewpoint More

We were less than impressed the 1st time we rolled into the lot...Upon arrival one of the sales guys literally chased our vehicle through the parking lot, stood outside the driver's side door until we deci the lot...Upon arrival one of the sales guys literally chased our vehicle through the parking lot, stood outside the driver's side door until we decided we had to engage with him. He told us there would be no negotiation on the vehicle we inquired about - so we left. We called back the next day and spoke with Michelle Williams and she implored us to come back, sit down with Matt (the manager) and we did. He worked out a mutually acceptable deal and we bought our Mazda. Michelle and Matt were respectful, professional and personal, without a trace of pushiness. Could not be happier with the deal and the vehicle. Knowing we have Southern Dealerships in our corner is a significant plus. Great teamwork! Anne and Bill More
