Volkswagen has a recall on exploding airbags. The dealerships are supposed to provide a loaner car while waiting for the part to come in, they have no idea when the parts will be available. They The dealerships are supposed to provide a loaner car while waiting for the part to come in, they have no idea when the parts will be available. They are not providing us with a car. They don't have one available. The company (not the dealership) says they have to do this. We have little options, drive a car and hope the airbag doesn't explode into our heads. Southern Volkswagen could do better but they won't. I hope you don't have this experience. More

The workers are so sweet and are very helpful but my experience with my car having mechanical issues within the few months of buying the car and the payment increase because of title issue's. Also whenever I have tried calling I would go straight to voicemail or they would transfer me to the wrong number and they wouldn’t even pickup so then I would have to call the main number all over again. But the people in person are very respectful and nice and have helped me a lot. More
