Especially as a single woman, car shopping is an undesirable chore. You have to figure out what you want, do your research, drive it, and then deal with figuring out how to pay for it. The fear of being ripped off for crap you don't want, nor need, fills the head with dread. It draws up a past experience of negotiation where "the offer" is slid across the table, to which I scribbled it out and slid it back across the table. No one wants to deal with that level of malarkey, especially at my age. My time is worth more than that. Enter my experience at Jackson Acura. Michael Wiest was unlike any car sales man I've ever encountered. He showed me what I asked to see, told me about my options, explained what I needed to know and simply just was a conduit of information and allowed me to make up my own mind. He was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and gave solid advice, which I greatly appreciated. He simply took the distrust out of the car buying process by being real. My trade-in was assessed quickly and fairly. Once I secured financing, it was a done deal. Easy, quick and painless. Highly recommend Michael and Jackson Acura, and trust me... I have a big mouth - I will share this experience with all who will listen. More
