I noticed a beautiful red Lexus parked near the road as I passed by on Hwy 29. I turned around and went to Allen Turner to inquire about the vehicle. It was a used car that had just been traded. It looked ne passed by on Hwy 29. I turned around and went to Allen Turner to inquire about the vehicle. It was a used car that had just been traded. It looked new! Jesse walked over to see if he could be of assistance. He was not at all pushy. He let me ask the questions and he provided answers. I left to talk it over with my husband. Jesse got my phone number and asked if he could call me on Monday to see if I had made a decision. I talked to him on Monday and told him that I was interested in finding out more about the total cost, interest rates, etc. I went after work on Monday. Jesse figured things out with my trade-in and asked if that was OK. I told him what I had in mind which wasn't far off what he had figured. He came back and said that what I wanted would be fine. I went in with Matt and he explained the financing and extended warranties since I was buying a used car. I decided on a great warranty which would take me to 100,000 miles. I'm very satisfied with the calm, no drama process. Everything was low key. I didn't feel pressured to do anything that I wasn't comfortable with in the negotiation. I would definitely recommend Jesse, Matt, Mike and Allen Turner Hyundai to anyone looking for a new or used car. More
