Best of the Best I Came to Allen Turner Hyundai to purchase my very first car. I had no idea exactly what I wanted but when I arrived onto the lot but Mr. Rick Gray gr I Came to Allen Turner Hyundai to purchase my very first car. I had no idea exactly what I wanted but when I arrived onto the lot but Mr. Rick Gray greeted me with a warm smile and he was by my side throughout the whole experience. Every question I had he answered. Every car I thought I wanted, he did not hesitate to walk the entire lot (3 times to be exact) to find just what I wanted. He even cut his lunch break short and stayed overtime to come BACK to work just to finish helping me(I had been there from 9am to close). He was extremely patient and reassuring when things got stressful and I couldn't have asked for a better dealer. I ended up purchasing my first vehicle with the help of him and I will forever remember what a great experience he made it. Thank you a million times Mr. Rick Gray, and thanks to everyone who helped make my experience a great one!! More

Great Experience For the last few years I have been looking at vehicles for a new used car. After reviewing Allen Turner's used cars online I sent an inquiry regarding For the last few years I have been looking at vehicles for a new used car. After reviewing Allen Turner's used cars online I sent an inquiry regarding a 2012 Acura. I immediately received a response back from Bobby Hooper that the Acura was still available. After a few general questions on my part I was able to visit the dealership the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. Bobby was extremely easy to talk to, friendly, and professional. We were able to take the car for a test drive and crunch a few initial numbers for my trade. I was planning on going out of town that day for the Holiday weekend and was not prepared to buy that Friday. Bobby was understanding and kept up with me over the weekend regarding the status of the car. I was able to visit again on Monday afternoon- take another test drive and Bobby again was extremely easy to talk to and printed requested information on the car. I did not feel rushed at all. Mike Whelan and Matt Farley were able to look at the numbers and make things work where I felt it was a good deal for both parties. Matt also explained the loan process and how things worked to get my the lowest possible rate and be at a payment I was comfortable with. It was a great experience- one I was a little nervous for at first venturing into a car dealership by myself, but I did not feel intimidated at all and all three managers were eager to help when I had questions. Allen Turner has a great employees and would recommend them to future friends and coworkers in search of a new vehicle. Thanks again for genuine customer service! More

Just what we needed We visited the Used Car Sales side of this dealership, over 50 miles from our home, after having an extremely bad experience with a dealership in our We visited the Used Car Sales side of this dealership, over 50 miles from our home, after having an extremely bad experience with a dealership in our hometown. We felt defeated and like we would not be able to get another vehicle, which we badly needed. Upon driving on the lot, we were immediately greeted by a sales associate, Robert Cason, who asked questions regarding what we were looking for, etc. After showing us a couple of cars, he asked us to come inside to an office so that we could look online to see what we liked the best to save us time. He was very personable and we enjoyed talking with him as we filled out preliminary financing paperwork and he looked for an appropriate vehicle for our needs. He found a vehicle that he thought best fit our needs and took my husband on a test drive while we waited for bank approval. While they were contacting the bank, one of the Finance Managers, Mike Whelan, came in to ask us some questions about other loans that we had on our credit report. He was so nice and made us feel totally at ease and readily accepted our explanation of some life circumstances with a smile and a 'no problem'. The previous dealership that we had visited made both of us feel as if we were trying to do something illegal or take advantage of them in some way at this point in the process. We did not experience anything of the kind here! After waiting a small length of time for financing to be approved, Mike again came to us and told us that we had been approved and that there were no problems. They had worked hard for us and arranged financing with no money down and no trade in. It was such a relief and we were so thankful. Next we were shown to the office of Finance Director Matt Farley, to sign paperwork. He was a pleasure to deal with and helped us go through the many forms that must be signed. He was very thorough and clear about what we were signing. Again, so very nice. I cannot say enough good things about this entire experience and the sales and financing personnel that helped us. I would recommend them to anyone and plan to return again when it is time for us to purchase another vehicle. More

2014 Kia Sorento Upon arriving at the lot we were greeted by Jesse and he did a great job of showing me the KIA and taking us for a drive. Then we had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting with John Knight and it got kinda ugly. We left and I talked to Jesse the next day and he was very apologetic for John and asked that I come back and deal with Mike and I am glad I did. Mike stepped in to assist based on the previous visit with John and he did an excellent job of making both ma and my wife a customer of Allen Turner Hyundai. Both Jesse and Mike were extremely professional and took the time to listen and help us to understand everything involved and managed to give us a great deal also. I would highly recommend Jesse for your salesman as i think he is very professional and courteous. Matt in finance also did a great job, he exceeded our expectations on the financing and was in no way pushy with all of the extras that they have to offer. I am the 3rd person in the last 6 months from my job to purchase a car from Allen Turner Hyundai and all of us are extremely satisfied with our purchases and service. I would have given them all 5 if I had not had the issue, still a great job! More
