From the mont I entered until I drove out with my New Car, the staff could not have been nicer. I must start with Tom D'Alessandro (WOW) he has to be the most pleasant sales person ever he took complete time with me,first explaining the engine and showing a few (very short tutorials) so I could understand the quality of my Legacy. When we went for a test drive, he was very calm and explain any details and options that the car had. Working with Tom was like being with a friend (this was day 1 of meeting him) THANK YOU TOM ! When it came to trading in my car, Tome introduced me to his manager Nate,again a pure pleasure. Nate was kind and very Generous with my trade in. Thanks Nate. Lastly, all my financing was done by Michael,fully explained everything before signing, he went trough it all again. I can't say enough about this Company. Most importantly Thank you Patrick B for sending me to City Side. I LOVE MY CAR ! More

We tried a more local dealer but they were playing games with us. Gave us a ridiculous price for the Forester that was just not acceptable. Tried Truecar.com and found Cityside Subaru. This dealership had a large inventory and they were able to offer the best price in the region (I checked at least 10 other dealers in New England before making a final decision). They were extremely helpful with all the details, paperwork, registration etc. I've got there with a rental car and I left the dealership the few hours later driving a new Forester. Buying a new car could be a long stressful process, however my experience with this dealer was almost as easy as buying a new pair of shoes. Mr. Rosenberg is not the average car salesman, in fact he breaks some of the preconceptions one might have. Working with him was a real pleasure. The only thing missing was a good expresso ;-) More

The only car I've ever purchased was a used Jeep Grand Cherokee 10 years ago. Needless to say, car shopping isn't something I or most people often experience. The guys at Subaru were awesome and very inviting and easy going. I never felt any pressure, never felt any bad vibes, just honest and knowledgeable responses. I think their customer service was the best part of the whole experience, they all insist on always calling if we ever had any questions. The other thing that I'd say was very nice was their patience. We were really annoying buyers and they never seemed anxious or disinterested in us, we really liked that. Overall a painless and easy, and dare I say fun process. More
