As a Mercedes-Benz owner, I have always trusted the brand for its quality and professionalism. However, my recent service experience at Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia has been disappointing. I am sharing thi brand for its quality and professionalism. However, my recent service experience at Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia has been disappointing. I am sharing this factual feedback to help others make informed decisions and to encourage the dealership to improve its service. Incident Details: 1. Service Information: • On November 18, 2024, I brought my 2018 Sprinter 2500 to Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia for a routine B-Service maintenance. 2. Issue Encountered: • On the evening of November 19, 2024, while driving home, I discovered a severe fuel leakage from the vehicle after the service. This posed a significant safety hazard, with the potential to cause a fire. • On November 20, 2024, I contacted the dealership, and the vehicle was towed back for further inspection. 3. Dealership’s Response: • The service team stated that the fuel leakage was caused by a defective fuel filter and not related to their installation or maintenance work. • However, the leakage occurred within 30 minutes of leaving the dealership, leading me to question whether the installation process or post-maintenance inspection was thorough enough. My Concerns: • Safety Hazards: A fuel leakage during operation is a critical safety issue that could have endangered my life and the safety of others on the road. • Accountability: While the dealership attributed the issue solely to a defective component, the timing and nature of the leakage suggest that installation or inspection may also have been factors. • Customer Experience: The handling of this situation has undermined my trust in the safety and reliability of my vehicle and the service provided by Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia. My Requests: 1. I urge Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia to review this incident thoroughly and implement measures to prevent similar issues in the future. 2. I hope Mercedes-Benz headquarters will also review this matter to ensure that the dealership’s service process meets the brand’s high standards. Conclusion: I am sharing this review in hopes that Mercedes-Benz will take this matter seriously and work towards providing better service and safety for all customers. Despite this experience, I still believe in the Mercedes-Benz brand and hope this issue will be resolved appropriately. More

BEWARE! !! They damaged our car, and we received the car back with a major problem that had never happened before. They told us the damage was due to an accid !! They told us the damage was due to an accident, while the car never had an accident unless they test-drove it and ran into an accident. The service manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. Don't trust this place unless you want to fix one problem and get several other problems that will cost you a lot of money. More

THIS IS THE EMAIL I SENT TO THEM. THEY LET MY WIFE DRIVE THE CAR OFF THE LOT WITH COMPLETE FLAT TIRE AND SHE ALMOST CRASHED. My name is Albert Abkarian and My wife Julie Brought THEY LET MY WIFE DRIVE THE CAR OFF THE LOT WITH COMPLETE FLAT TIRE AND SHE ALMOST CRASHED. My name is Albert Abkarian and My wife Julie Brought our MBZ GLC 430 to your shop to get it repaired under the tire warranty we purchased with our lease. We were told that the matter is not under warranty last week while talking to Tyler. He said something about 3 mm or 4 mm and my wife, or any average person would not know what that is. I was on the speaker phone as Tyler should remember me saying that it was a fake insurance sold to us and I was screaming it. At the end of our conversation, which I am sure was recorded on 12/22/2023 at 3:12 p.m. which we decided to change all four tires as it was at your facility already, and I was on the speaker while my wife specifically stated that she wants all four tires to be changed. He told us that he cannot get it to us until Tuesday as the guys were leaving for Christmas holiday but will have the tires put on and ready for pick up on Tuesday. We said ok. The conversation ended with both parties understanding that the four tires will be changed. There has to be a recording of the 9 minute conversation at 3:12 on December 22nd. Today, my wife picked up the car and while on freeway, she noticed that the tire was flat, and you sent her home with a flat tire. She was scared for her life and almost got into an accident. She called your service department, and they told her to drive the car back to the dealership. She became emotional and started crying after driving back to your dealership and asking why the tires were not replaced. How can you let my wife take a car out of your shop with a flat tire and enter the freeway? You are lucky that the car did not flip, and she did not die. She was crying as she was at your facility and has had emotional ups and downs since she returned home. She left the car at your facility so you can change the tires per your previous note. We were just told that somehow the check engine light is on now even though it was not on at the time she returned it. Even in your documentation at the discharge there is no mention of check engine light. Your facility should never allow an individual to drive off a car with flat tire due to safety concerns. There was never a mention of the flat tire not being fixed while she was picking up the car. she asked for the payment, and it was zero balance, so she assumed the tire insurance had covered the charges. Again, letting her drive off with a check engine on and with a flat tire was not only gross negligence but was intentional. More

This Rusnak Dealership also called Arcadia Mercedes Dealership gives me one of the worst experience on car maintenance. I was planning to drop off my Mercedes 2019 SLC300, and they need until next day to complete the service, but Arcadia Mercedes refuses to provides a car for me while they are serving my car until the next day or 2. What kind of dealership is this, I had Kia, not a luxury brand provides a loaner car for me, and this Arcadia Cgeap Dealer would NOT provides a loaner car??? I will buy my new Mercedes 580 NOT at Arcadia, I will buy it at West Covina Mercedes, as they always provide a loaner car for me!
