Made a recall appointment 4 weeks ahead of time. Took the day off work and drove 1.5 hours to drop car off. 2 hours later I'm notified they didn't order all the parts and they need my car for 4 more days. Th day off work and drove 1.5 hours to drop car off. 2 hours later I'm notified they didn't order all the parts and they need my car for 4 more days. They had my Vin number and the recall info to order parts for 4 weeks and couldn't get it done. I couldn't leave my car for 4 more days 1.5 hours from home. The entire time I was dealing with the service manager who obviously has no idea how to run a service department. I will never step foot in crown again. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! More

Mike Lyons is communicative and does what he says he will do After 6 weeks of a number of frustrating phone calls and two long service visits just trying to get a tire with a nail in it fixed through the dealers After 6 weeks of a number of frustrating phone calls and two long service visits just trying to get a tire with a nail in it fixed through the dealership I bought the car and a road hazard warranty from, I finally gave up and called Crown. In one 10 minute phone call, my appointment was set up for within 2-3 days and in one visit the tire was replaced. To be fair, Crown was transparent that working with the warranty company I may still have three visits with them. But the immediate setting up of an appointment within a very short time frame in only one call, that transparency and working with me on the painstaking warranty claim, and the communicative nature of Mike Lyons as my service advisor, we are set. We love our car and now we love our dealership. Thanks Mike and Crown! More
