Tried to have work done on my Truck at this location, but the body shop and service center are not honest, their employees don't follow up, or follow through, everything they tell you will be a lie. They was the body shop and service center are not honest, their employees don't follow up, or follow through, everything they tell you will be a lie. They wasted enough of my time, that I have to warn others. Have questions? Need service? Skip Koons Chevy of Tysons. I Called Koons Ford of Falls Church, who advised they would just take the Truck to LineX for me, one call. Never had any experience with any Koons dealer like I had at Tysons. Respect your customers, and take their money, when they try and buy services...... More

Oil change lead to check engine light, they fixed both I originally worried that something had been put back on wrong after picking my car up from an oil change and the next day the check engine light pops I originally worried that something had been put back on wrong after picking my car up from an oil change and the next day the check engine light pops on, so I brought it back and the same tech who did the oil change diagnosed it again and found a leaking camshaft gasket. They replaced it free of charge due to the 100 k warranty. Very cool as it would have cost $150. The tech was fast and Micheal was friendly and helpful. More
