Michael John listened to what I wanted and got me in the EXACT truck I asked for. With all of the shortages I have spoke to dozens of dealers who did not care about what I wanted just what they were going t EXACT truck I asked for. O'Meara Ford went above and beyond to help me out even though I was an out of state buyer. I flew to Denver and they had all of my paperwork ready to go, I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour. This is how you build long term relationships with customers who will come back. No doubt Michael will remember my name because he cares... that is not something you see from a car dealer anymore.
