I started the process with Omeara Ford over the internet. I was contacted by Michael John the internet sales manager within an hour and he took my information over the phone. I had two cars to trade in and wanted to purchase a new explorer. Michael had everything ready for us by the next day as well as an offer over the phone. This was a great advantage since I am currently working out of state. My family came in a few days later on the weekend and test drove the vehicle while the omeara team evaluated our two trades. We drove out of the dealership in our new Explorer just 4 hours after arriving that day. The whole process went very smooth, and we could not be happier with the entire sales and finance staff. It was the quickest experience i have ever had when buying and trading a vehicle, and the entire dealership was very accomodating to my wife and 3 year old daughter. I have been buying cars and trucks for almost 40 years and this has been the easiest and fairest auto purchase I have ever made. More
