I thought my trade in leased car with very low mileage might prove that it’s current value would be higher due to new car deliveries being slowed by new chip scarcity. I stopped in Ganley Volkswagen in North Olmsted to see. I was greeted by Matt Geraci and was shown current inventory. I showed Matt my 2020 mint RAV4 with 4,999 miles and what amount I was willing to pay per month on a Volkswagen. The Taos looked small and the Atlas seemed too big. Matt zeroed in on the Tiguan (2.0T SE R Line Black 4 Motion in Oryx Pearl. The car most certainly has more options than I was hoping for. As a result, I’m paying about $20 more per month but the car is phenomenal. Thank you Matt Geraci. A knowledgeable and friendly young man. So now I have my 2nd new Volkswagen. The first? An orange SuperBeetle in 1972….almost 50 years to the day! More

Disorganized from start to finish. I was passed along from sales person to sales person, and no one really seemed very knowledgeable. There were items left in the car. I was paying by check on a Sunday I called to make sure that was ok before traveling and was told they couldn't verify the check that day. They set me up with a loaner which I guess was fine but why all the hassel in the first place? Amanda Meadows was particularly rude to me and never once apologized for any inconvenience. Instead she seemed to just blame the sales people. I own a business that is customer facing and if any of my employees a customer the way I was treated they would need to be retrained or let go. Also a rattle that is in the back of the car that i was told was just somethign loose in the back was never taken care of. Trying to figure that out through VW forums, and other dealerships. FYI I never wourked with Michael Imbrogno, but I had to leave a rating to submit. More
