After signing for the car it took us a whole week to take possession of it. Since it was detailed a week ago, it got dirty during this past week and it was not clean when we took possession of it. There were still marks on the car that had not been touched up with paint which they said they would do. If their dealership could do the work that had to be done, it should have been done there in the first place instead of taking it to the Chevy dealer. The finance person did not call me back after I wanted to tell him about the email address being wrong. The car was not inspected until we asked them about it the day we took possession of it. It was just a bad experience all the way around. More
