Joyce and I enjoyed our visit with Mark during the car purchase. We bought the new Outback which we love. Mark was so helpful and he definitely knew in depth about the car. He took a lot of time with us in our new car explaining all of the safety features. We are elderly and our memories are not what they used to be. So Mark was very patient and was happy to repeat anything we didn’t understand. I’ve never had in my long life such a pleasant experience in a car dealership. More

Bought a used 2019 Subaru Ascent from them just about a month ago now. When asking Eric if there’s anything to know about the car, specifically asking about its conditions since it’s a used car—he assur month ago now. When asking Eric if there’s anything to know about the car, specifically asking about its conditions since it’s a used car—he assured me there were no problems. Just a week after we brought the car home the battery died overnight. Needed a jump. The following week the battery died again in the parking lot where she worked. Next morning battery dead again. Turns out after some digging (wasn’t mentioned on consumer report or Edmund’s website) the is a class action lawsuit with this car being on the list for sever battery issues. I called, emailed, asking for assistance on options, if they were aware of these issues… almost zero response, denied reimbursement on having to buy a new battery already. xxxxxxxx dealership, do not buy a vehicle from these guys. More

Had an amazing experience with both Junior and Cityside Subaru. They were very transparent, flexible and worked with me to get the car I wanted. I liked the salesperson Eric. But 2000 over MRSP - blamed on chip shortage. Eric had to get managers approval. xx. As soon as I signed it. Manager pulled Eric away - middle of sale because busy. xx.
