I love this dealership! ! Every single person I dealt with at this dealership was extremely friendly, cooperative and NOT pushy or only interested in selling me something and ! They were willing to negotiate with me on the trade-in of my vehicle and the entire experience was very pleasant....especially considering all our business was being conducted on a day that they had a big celebration planed to introduce their NEW 2026 Subaru Outback...and we still were able to conduct business. Thanks to everyone I encountered...especially Austin (Awesome Sales Rep) and Michael (Incredible Finance Magician!) I did not go there with the intention of buying a new car (mine was getting serviced) but the entire process was so smooth and I left there with a vehicle (2025 Subaru Outback) that I absolutely LOVE AND with "No Impulse Buyers Remorse" the next day (Thank God)...so that tells me, I did the right thing...! Luciano was okay. I think that overall he needs to work on what it means to go beyond what’s expected in terms of hospitality for the buyer. I wasn’t offered anything such as water, snack, whatever. I had to go find that myself. I didn’t even know that there were redbulls available until Michael in Finance, mentioned it. He seemed disappointed I wasn’t met with great hospitality. Michael was amazing though. He made the experience much much better. Very thorough and explained everything and did not mind playing around with what each protection policy would do to my payment etc. 10/10 for Michael More
