Luciano was okay. I think that overall he needs to work on what it means to go beyond what’s expected in terms of hospitality for the buyer. I wasn’t offered anything I think that overall he needs to work on what it means to go beyond what’s expected in terms of hospitality for the buyer. I wasn’t offered anything such as water, snack, whatever. I had to go find that myself. I didn’t even know that there were redbulls available until Michael in Finance, mentioned it. He seemed disappointed I wasn’t met with great hospitality. Michael was amazing though. He made the experience much much better. Very thorough and explained everything and did not mind playing around with what each protection policy would do to my payment etc. 10/10 for Michael More
